Diesel Exhaust Bellows

Exhaust bellows provide a flexible solution to automotive, test, and oil and gas industries. Edge welded bellows are  built to withstand the high temperatures of large engines with special materials and can act as an intermediate expansion joint.  The bellows can be designed with either flanges, weld rings, an exhaust tip, or a combination thereof.  Bellows also reduce the number of welds, thus reducing installation time. The bellows can increase flow by eliminating unnecessary bends and maintain a leak-free system.Metal bellows are commonly used for their flexibility as well.  For test stand applications where the bellows is connected to the engine during dynamometer testing, connecting and disconnecting the pipe becomes easier.  Edge welded bellows are more capable of angular offsets than other bellows technologies on the market.Outlines
